Waiting Cobalt Cold Air Induction

Last week i have ordered the Cobalt Cold Air Induction, but my Credit Card has a little technical problem and i hope that my Bank solve it soon... O_O
Waiting a solution, i post a photo of the simple intake:

A little description from IL Motorsport website:

The first cold air intake for the MX-5 that doesn't require you to remove the bumper cover every time you need to clean or replace the filter. Cobalt intake uses a precisely placed scoop, just behind the grille, to direct pressurized air into the engine. The incoming cool air is pushed through the intake to the engine, increasing HP and TQ output. The intake has been stragically placed so if you have to run a front license plate, the scoop is below and behind it so air flow will not be affected. The scoop was designed with a weep hole to allow any water to drain safely out.

You will likely see a slight improvement in fuel efficiency. Stock Mustangs have historically come equipped with pretty sub-par, restrictive intake systems designed to abide by industry standards such as noise levels and that sort of thing.
