Engine Rebuild - Let's start - Part #1

E' arrivato il momento di iniziare un impresa titanica per me che non l'ho mai fatto, ma sempre per imparare, ho deciso di rebuildare il motore della miatina... E' sempre stato un po' fiacco, inoltre necessitava di numerosi interventi: Distribuzione e pompa acqua (rumorosa), Frizione (Slittava molto a caldo in pista), Paraolii valvole (fumava blu parecchio in rilascio), Paraolii albero motore e cambio (perdevano copiosamente), Testa che trasudava un po di olio, inoltre guardando nel tappo olio del coperchio punterie, si intravedeva un bel nero, indice di scarsi cambi olio di uno dei precedenti proprietari.

NA Rebuild - Minor Mods

TRS Pull Handle added, because OEM one interfere with my elbow

General overview of the engine bay now

1/2 bsp plug, with a female M10x1.0 adapter, for oil sensor

Oil temp, post cooler reading, and the new K&N HP1010

Side windows command, repositioned

Large gas pedal mod for better heel and toe, using a Sparco aluminium pedal set

NA Rebuild - OMP Seat Bracket mod for Sparco SprintV

Here, how i've modded the OMP seat bracket to fit a Sparco SprintV seat to the driver side. I've done other holes to have the lowest seat position. Finding the correct distance/inclination of seat, has been very complicated, before doing final holes!
